MY Foundation
Ages 9 & Up

Students are taught the basics of a Vinyasa flow by allowing for more time in each posture to build body and muscle memory. The focus is on linking breath with movement as you move through the postures. 80-85 degrees


MY Power flow
Ages 12 & Up

Power Vinyasa Yoga is an energetic form of yoga where you will fluidly move from one pose to the next whilst using your breath to lead the movements. It enables the development of strength, flexibility and balance. This is a dynamic class that will increase your stamina and blood flow. This level 2 class strengthens, balances and detoxifies the body while focusing on more advanced postures. 90 degrees

My fit
Ages 12 & up

This class is a total body workout designed to sculpt every major muscle group by combining yoga postures with weights. Sculpt Yoga is a great compliment to your regular yoga practice. This class can be done with or without weights. 80 degrees
