Enter a state of calm and pure serenity. This 60-minute class focuses on allowing the body & mind to relax through restorative yoga poses that are practiced with the use of props (blankets, blocks, bolsters, etc.) to release stress, release tension & help promote a sense of complete ease, support and calm.

Relaxation is natural within us and through restorative yoga, we are reminded to slow down so we can reduce stress, balance the nervous system, and improve our well-being.

You will leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and nourished.

What to bring: An open heart, a yoga mat, yoga bolster, 2 blocks, 1 or 2 yoga blanket(s), an eye pillow, a water bottle, and comfortable layered clothing.
