Yin Yoga

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Flow/Yin

Gentle Flow/Yin & Reiki

a floor-based practice, Yin yoga is slow-paced with long-held, passive poses that target the deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints. It promotes relaxation, flexibility, and a meditative state.

Gentle Flow provides the perfect balance to move and open the body. It will calm the body and mind as you settle into deep relaxation.

This class is an all-level practice, offering a balance between movement and stillness that encourages deeper feelings of calm and relaxation. This class begins with a slow and mindful breath to a movement flow to move energy and open the body gently. The flow is followed by deeply releasing floor stretches where longer-held, Yin poses are introduced.  Combining a gentle flow + yin practice will create a sense of harmony and balance in your day.

Offered on the first Tuesday of every month at 4:30 PM. This special class is the best of our Gentle Flow & Yin combination with the hands-on energetics of Reiki. This synergy can lead to reduced stress, improved flexibility, and a greater sense of emotional well-being.

Vinyasa Free Flow

Vinyasa Free Flow is a creative, dynamic, music-forward vinyasa that blends intentional structure with space to free-flow. Rooted in the lineage of 7 Doorways, this class moves through the familiar foundations of guided breath-led movement and builds into a strong, fiery practice that empowers you to choose your level of intensity by trusting your intuition and natural rhythm. After building heat, we slow down and stay with challenging postures longer, using stillness to find our edge, notice our reactions, and explore the balance between effort and ease. This class is an opportunity to practice staying open and curious when things feel hard, unfamiliar, or uncomfortable. Expect to sweat, play, challenge yourself both physically and mentally, and discover a little more freedom in your practice. Suitable for every body; some vinyasa experience recommended.

Yin & Yoga Nidra

All Levels Ashtanga

Breath to movement Vinyasa for yogis of all levels. Tailored to your needs! Vinyasa means “to place in a special way” so this practice becomes a moving meditation.

Join us for a high-energy yoga class that blends fluid Vinyasa flows with targeted strength training. We'll incorporate familiar yoga poses like Warrior II and Crescent Lunge, but take them to the next level by adding weights. Build upper body strength through exercises like shoulder presses and bicep curls, and tone your lower body with lunges and squats. Core and full-body strength will be challenged. This class is perfect for those seeking a fun and effective way to boost their fitness.

Tibetan Bowl Sacred Sound Meditation: offers deep relaxation and meditation, stress reduction, increased mental clarity, and an opportunity to tap into expanded consciousness. These ancient bowls produce sound and vibration qualities that offer an environment to facilitate a deeper meditative state. The 45-minute session will include 5 minutes to settle and ground, 30 minutes of Sacred Sound Meditation, then 10 minutes to integrate (sit in silence or option to journal). You may choose to lie down (bring a yoga mat and supports) or sit (bring a cushion). You may bring your personal journal and pen if you think you might be called to journal at the end.

Step into a world of tranquility with our unique Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra fusion class. Dive deep into the restorative practice of Yin Yoga, where long-held poses gently stretch and release tension in the connective tissues. Transition seamlessly into the blissful realm of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that induces profound relaxation. This class is a perfect blend of stillness and mindfulness, offering you a rejuvenating experience that nurtures both body and mind.

Join us for an all-levels guided exploration of the Ashtanga Primary Series (Yoga Chikitsa), the foundational practice from which modern vinyasa yoga evolved. Rooted in breath-led movement, steady rhythm, and precise sequencing, Ashtanga offers a powerful framework for building strength, flexibility, and focus. This class will move through a modified version of the traditional Primary Series with mindful pacing, detailed alignment cues, and accessible options for all levels. We’ll emphasize the connection between breath, bandha, and movement, and explore key transitions and foundational postures. Ideal for practitioners seeking a deeper understanding of Ashtanga’s roots, refining their overall practice, or experiencing the Primary Series in a supportive, educational setting.
