Gentle Yoga

Gentle Flow/Yin

Gentle Flow provides the perfect balance to move and open the body. It will calm the body and mind as you settle into deep relaxation.

This class is an all-level practice, offering a  balance between movement and stillness that encourages deeper feelings of calm and relaxation. This class begins with a slow and mindful breath to movement flow to move energy and open the body gently. The flow is followed by deeply releasing floor stretches where longer held, Yin, poses are introduced.  Combining a gentle flow + yin practice will create a sense of harmony and balance in your day.



Leveled Up Yoga

This is a dynamic class that will increase your stamina and blood flow. Teachers include instruction in more advanced yoga poses.
